A debtor can be provided the option to connect with a call centre agent who can take the payment using a credit or debit card, or make alternative arrangements if allowable.
The Debt Collection Calls system integrates with X-on's PhonePresence facility which can connect debtors and agents via a virtual PBX.
PhonePresence is a high capacity hosted system which has a vast array of features, ensuring smooth and professional connection between debtor and agent. PhonePresence has been designed for large numbers of agents and includes extensive reporting facilities and overflow management systems.
Automated Payment System - Card By Phone
Additionally debtors can elect to be connected with the X-on automated payment system. Card By Phone can take credit and debit card details over the phone, without the intervention of an agent, process and deliver the payment with confirmation to your systems.
Once the payment transaction is complete, data collected from the debtor can be transmitted to your systems via Email, Fax or HTTP.
The advantages of an automated payment are anonymity for the debtor, and reduced per transaction costs for the agency compared with other methods such as use of call centre agents.
